Aroostook County is special in that our schools may be competitors on the field and courts however, friendships are formed, bonds are made, and when someone is in need, we gather together to show support. In showing our support to the Grass family and standing in unity with the CAHS community, MSAD 45 will wear BLUE on Wednesday, April 27.

Just a reminder, on Thursday and Friday this week, March 24 and 25th, we will be releasing school at 11:30 am as the teachers will be in workshops during the afternoon.

It is "March Madness" week at the Elementary School this week. View the picture below to see what the theme of each day will be. Make sure to bring your outside gear on Friday for a schoolwide sliding activity!

Don't forget, winter sports awards are tonight for Middle School and High School basketball. They will be held in two sessions, however anyone can stay for both. The boys' awards will begin at 6:30pm and the girls' awards will begin a 7:15pm.
Masks are optional for anyone in attendance.

Due to the hazardous road conditions developing, the After School Program has been canceled for today, March 8, 2022.
Due to the impending weather this evening, Middle School and High School sports awards scheduled for tonight has been postponed. We will conduct our awards next Monday, March 14, 2022.

Effective March 4, 2022, MSAD 45 will transition to optional masking. This will be in place for all school buildings as well as school buses and vans that transport students and staff. Superintendent will send out a letter, later tomorrow, with more details regarding this transition.

Due to the icy road condition, Washburn schools will have a 2 hour delay today, Friday, February 18, 2022. There will be no morning Pre-K classes and no morning vocational classes.

Winter Break is almost here! Don't forget, schools are out next week, February 21 thru February 25.
