Middle School Girls Soccer practice has been canceled for today 8/8/22.
MSAD 45 Athletics is pleased to announce Mark Shea as the Varsity Boys soccer coach. Mark has been an asset in the district teaching Physical Education at the Elementary School and has become involved in our athletics department through the middle school programs. He has many years of varsity level experience and will be a great addition to the coaching staff. We look forward to see his team grow and compete this fall. There will be Junior High Boys soccer practice for grades 5-8 at the following times this week: Wednesday, 8/3 from 8:00am - 10:00am Thursday, 8/4 from 10:00am - 11:30am Friday, 8/5 from 8:00am - 10:00am PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING WATER!!

Soccer will begin for middle school girls on Monday, August 1, from 10:00am - 11:30am. This is for all girls interested in playing who will be entering into grades 6, 7 & 8.

MSAD 45 welcomes Glen Condon to the athletics department. Glen will be the head coach of the Varsity Girls' Soccer team this fall replacing 12 year coaching veteran Marcie Barbarula. Glen is no stranger to the game of soccer having coached at various levels in Ashland, with his most recent coaching position with Ashland's middle school boys' soccer team. Coach Condon will begin soccer practice on Monday, July 25, at 4:30 p.m.
**VOLUNTEERS NEEDED** The Washburn Town Library is looking for a couple of volunteers on Thursdays beginning this Thursday, from 1:00 - 2:00pm. It's a great way for students to earn some volunteer hours or for someone older who just needs a change of pace for an hour. The Summer Meal program starts today! Breakfast and Lunch is available to all children under 18 for Free. Breakfast is served from 7:30am-8:30am and Lunch is served from 11:00am-12:30pm.
