Currently our enrollment is at 276. Our building, along with the high school and other facilities, sits on a spacious area of 42 acres. If you have the opportunity to tour our building and the grounds, you will find displays of art, academic work, athletic accomplishments and pride that students have created. “The mission at Washburn District Elementary School is to challenge students to reach their full potential and pursue their goals, to instill the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for academic success, to provide a safe and positive environment, to create a community of respect and caring for others, and to encourage self reliance and responsible participation in society.” If you have questions about our policies or procedures here at the elementary school, you may find the answer in our Student Handbook. |
