Hypnosis Biofeedback Meditation
To DO:
Your groups' task is to create a brochure advertising your company's psychological methods for enhancing and maintaining well-being: hypnosis, biofeedback, and meditation.
Use your textbook and the web to conduct research on each method. For fun, create a logo for your company and include pictures (relevant and appropriate to the topics at hand) that will attract people to your brochure.
Each section should include the following:
- An explanation of what the method(s) is (what is hypnosis or biofeedback). There are different forms of hypnosis and meditation, be sure to include more than one for each
- How the method is used (what are the workings, how does it produce results) - Biofeedback can be done with machines like EEG's
- What the benefits are (why would I want to do this?)
- A sources cited section with names of the group members afterwards
