Physics Midterm Project
Physicists of the World
OVERVIEW:
You will be exploring the life of a physicist who has wowed the world with his or her discovery.
TASK:
- A 3-5 page paper which, in your own words, describes who the person was/is (a biographical sketch), what accomplishments have been attributed to the person, and how the world has been influenced by the work of this physicist.
- An artistic product detailing the work of the person, This could be a PowerPoint, poster, diorama, collage or model of his/her discovery.
- A brief presentation to the class describing the physicist and why you choose to research this person.

GRADING:
This project will be graded in three parts:
- PAPER: will be graded on content, accuracy, grammar, and spelling (40 points)
- ARTISTIC REPRESENTATION: Neatness, creativity, accuracy, and adequate representation of your physicist (40 points).
- YOU MUST SITE ALL SOURCES (print or non-print). 20 POINTS will be deducted if you do not include a Bibliography.
