Directions:
Students will
create a power point with both text and pictures, explaining how geometry
applies to the world in which we live.
Students
will follow the steps:
Choose a topic. Examples
include: architecture (buildings, bridges), sports, quilting, the natural world,
construction, etc.
Use
Net Trekker and
Picsearch
to find pictures which support their
topic.
Create 10 slides with one title page including text explaining the
slide.
Edit to correct content and mechanics.
Students will present their power point to the class.
