ILL System:  Sometimes, a student will need a book which is not available in our library or from the Washburn Public Library.  The state of Maine has ME CAT, an excellent interlibrary-loan system that allows librarians to request materials from other libraries.  Please see Mrs. Brown if you need a book for your research project!.  The Statewide Catalog combines and links library collections across Maine.   A single search scans more than 3 million unique titles and nearly 8 million items.
