Open the PowerPoint program to a Blank Presentation.

When your dialog box opens, choose the file where your video is located (probably your H:\ drive) and then click the video file.

Choose if you want the video to start automatically or upon the click of your mouse. (Generally, you will want it to start automatically)

You will want to extend the video to the edges of the PowerPoint slide, so using your mouse, you will pull the edges with the little circles to each corner of the PowerPoint slide.

When your screen is filled, choose SAVE (then name your file and save it to your H:/drive---or any other directory).
